He started working as a judicial assistant in the courts in 2002 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Beirut Arab University in 2000. After achieving a large number of successful cases, he was appointed as a judge in the courts of justice as a judge in the lower civil court in 2004. In addition, Dr. Jawhar obtained a B.Sc. Several positions as President of the Court of First Instance 2009, Judge of the Court of Appeal 2015, Acquisition Lawyer 2021, and Member of the Arab Lawyers Organization 2021.
